The dehumidifiers will add heat to the room. Whether the removal of moisture will make the space more comfortable despite that is a toss-up. Usually, the addition of fans to move air around will help much more.
Usually, even inadequate a/c units will reduce the humidity reasonably well. The roof unit may perform better with a freon re-charge, or change the air filter to improve air flow. It may also function better if you can put up some kind of shade screen between the roof unit and the sun, in a way that doesn’t restrict air flow around that unit. You could keep the unit running for a few hours before the event to try to keep the space as cool and dry as possible before people start showing up.
Keeping the outdoor unit cool in general can help. In a pinch, you could even turn on a lawn sprinkler near it to keep it cool. They are designed to tolerate rainfall, after all. Just don’t have water spray into it from a direction that rainwater wouldn’t normally do.
Yet another option is to get a used window a/c unit to use in addition to the roof unit.

I look on allvegaspoker.com but most of the tournaments have a small average number of players in the tournaments. I want to know what poker rooms have the highest tournament turnout of players besides Ceasars(I usually play there). I want to try other rooms.

Look for WSOP Circuit Events. These attract a large number of players and start as little as $ 300 buy in, right up to $ 10,000.
Alternatively, look in the back of Card Player magazine for a good list of regular events.

According to my knowledge, an obscure federal law prohibits online poker sites (such as Party Poker and PokerStars, etc) from online transactions for real money wagering. I don’t believe it has been repealed.

I was there over my spring break, however I could only walk through the casino. It is just big and all open. There are black jack tables and different poker tables. Chips are $ 15. If you want good dinner the buffet in the hotel is very good. It’s $ 50 but they have almost everything.

Without a doubt it is Pechanga. Not only is the room huge, but there’s also a lot of games going 24/7, and they spread everything from low limit to high limit. Dealers are excellent and you’ll find players at every level of skill (i.e. great, decent, and just horrid). Outside of Commerce and the Bike in LA, Pechanga is number 1 with a bullet.
