Last week I read the story in the paper about a 2 yr old baby Sergio Axel Casian being beaten to death by his father. The details are horrific and I have been really upset about it. I have a baby and am pregnant and can’t believe someone could do such a thing to an innocent child like that. But it’s affecting me more then any news story. Last night I broke down and cried again when I realized it was 1 week since this happened . I’ve read a lot of bad stories in the paper and on the news but this is something that won’t leave my mind. Has a news story ever affected you like that? I can’t stop thinking about it and it torments me to think of what that baby went through. How do you deal with stuff like this when you hear about it? How do I deal with this? I’ve had a lot of anxiety and sadness about this story. My husband saw me crying last night and thinks the hormones are making me really upset about it. I think I’d still be this upset even if I weren’t pregnant. How do I deal with this?
I am VERY sensitive even when not pregnant. Now it’s just magnified x100. All I can do is pray for that little guy and pray that it never happens again.

i know what you mean. i read it and it was very disturbing. i was pregnant with my oldest in 1993 when susan smith made all those public annoucements about how some man had kidnapped her babies and she cried for them to come home. then we found out she drowned them herself.
i never forgot that. same time that woman in texas went off her nut and drowned her 5 children.
horrors are everywhere and they seem so much more when you are pregnant.
try to avoid the bad stuff. i know its everywhere. and hug your babies extra tight.

Bellagio (Strip)
7-Card Stud: Hold-em: Omaha 8: Mixed Games (hi-lo, lo-ball, etc.), they spread from limit $ 4-$ 8 up to $ 30-$ 60 and no-limit up to $ 5-$ 10 or higher if they can get the players.
Caesars Palace (Strip)
Stud, Razz, Omaha, Hold ‘Em, or so they say. Expect mostly Hold’em with some Omaha. The limits vary for games with the widest range for Hold ‘Em, but expect No Limit from $ 1-$ 2 and limit from $ 3-$ 6 on up. They even have some high-limit games when there is demand.
The Mirage (Strip)
They’ll pretty much deal anything, especially Omaha, Stud, and Hold ‘Em. There are limits in all ranges, including some low-limit, like $ 3-$ 6 Hold ‘em up to $ 200-$ 400 in the back room. Sometimes it goes even higher. The No-limit games range from $ 1/$ 2 to $ 5/$ 10 with buy-ins from $ 50-$ 1000 buy-in.
Hard Rock (Off-Strip)
No limit is $ 1-$ 2 and $ 2-$ 5 are regulars, with $ 3-$ 6 and $ 4-$ 8 limit less regular. They may get a mixed game going if there is enough interest.
Binions (Downtown)
7-Card Stud $ 1-$ 5: Hold-em $ 2-$ 4, $ 3-$ 6: Omaha occasionally. They have no-limit, and other high-limit games on busy nights.

I dont think there is a site with worst bad beats, it just happens where you play most, its part of the game. It will happen in every site where you play hours per day.

The Secret Excellence is a good hotel/resort. I don’t know if they have a casino. But like all the hotels in PuntaCana/Bavaro outside there is not much to do, it is a bit isolated from next town (45 miles) so I think there is enough activities to do to keep you busy at night.
