What is your shipping policy?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item and the destination. You may select any of the UPS standard shipping methods or select one of our 3rd party shipping options ("Standard" and "Best Way"). Completed "Best Way (3 - 5 Business Day" orders will arrive at your door within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Completed Standard Delivery orders will arrive in 1 -3 weeks. Poker tables and other large items are shipped via a 3rd party trucking company and usually take from 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.



Do you accept international (non U.S) orders?

Yes we do. International orders will be shipped via the USPS and are subject to time delays in customs, so delivery times can not be guaranteed. Tracking info is NOT available for international orders. Sorry we do not ship large items (poker tables) internationally.



Which methods of payment do you accept?

Niagara Poker Supply currently accepts:

Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Electronic Checks. We utilize a secure socket layer (SSL) to ensure your credit card transactions are safe and secure. We are committed to your privacy and will never share any of your personal information with a third party.



Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only be applied to orders being shipped to Idaho.



May I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs are not refundable. To receive credit, returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to us by whichever means desired. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.



What is your Cancellation Policy?
All orders cancelled before shipping will be charged a minimum $10 cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking fees. Custom orders can not be cancelled.



Do you sell high quality poker chip sets?

Yes. We carry only 11.5 gram poker chips which are the most similar to authentic casino chips. They are more stackable than lighter chips and make a much better sound than plastic chips when "splashing the pot". Our aluminum chip cases are top of the line. Many cases being sold out there are cheap, and since poker chip sets are quite heavy, they break within a few days of purchase. Our cases are durable and built to last with rounded, reinforced corners and a double riveted handle to prevent it from snapping off. All poker chip cases have a lock and two keys to keep your chips protected.



How many chips do I need for my game?

4-6 Players: 400-500 chips
6-8 Players: 500-650 chips
8-10+ Players: 1000+ chips depending on numbers



What is your warranty?

Notice for all shipments (damages in shipping): Please inspect your package/merchandise carefully for any possible damage in transit. Should any damage be detected, please contact the shipping agent (UPS, FedEX, or USPS) within 5 business days to file a report. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Please do NOT return your package to Swords of Honor as this will void all claims.

Defects in material and/or workmanship: We fully warrant all of our products against any defects in materials or workmanship. We carefully inspect ALL items before we package and ship them to you. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects not related to damages in shipping within 30 days of delivery, we will happily EXCHANGE that item - no extra cost to you. Items that have been used (have come in contact with ANYTHING) can not be returned. See our instructions on sword care here.
